This enclosure, named “Frank” by the client, was designed as a proof of concept for client in the data center space.
Brae Systems required a custom underwater enclosure to house pumps, electronics, and supporting hardware for a proof-of-concept system aimed at securing future funding opportunities. After their CTO approached mHUB regarding sheet metal rolling capabilities, I joined the project and helped develop an octagonal enclosure concept that balanced manufacturability, sealing requirements, and integration of external connectors and internal components.
